Personality

Kerry sent this onesie for Aviva before she was born. It's a 6-month I think, and at the time I couldn't imagine when Vivi would actually fit into it. Well, she's 3 months old and it's pretty snug.

Anyway, it's from Bookmans, which was one of my favorite stores in Tucson. Where else can you buy half-price new magazines? I used to walk there (no car) in the blazing sun from my hideous first apt in Tucson - Palm Shadows - which was about a mile away. We're going to Tucson for a visit at the end of May, which we are very excited about. Lilah learned the words "cactus" and "matos" (airplane) when we last visited, when she was about 15 months old.
So who's the biggest ham in this fam?

Tummy Time

Oy, it's been too long. So much has happened with the birthday, Easter, and skin infections and all, but I feel like I haven't had a spare second to post pictures of these memorable events, when we actually remember to take pictures of these events, that is. M is getting up (on purpose) at 5 am these days in his end-of-semester-final-exam-and-paper-and-project panic, and I am lucky to get in two hours of work per day on several long-overdue publications, never mind REAL work (maternity leave was officially over last week). Until more recent pics are available, here is Lilah coaching the little turtle during tummy time. This is something Lilah absolutely hated, by the way.

Just 5 years ago ...

a recent miracle

Napping at the same time! It didn't last long, though.

when Lilah takes the shots

Ok, we all know that Lilah CALLS the shots around here, but now she likes to take pictures, too. Here is Abba in the new garden. No, those pavers aren't being dug up; they are being dug in to make a path. Socks and sandals are the height of spring fashion around here.

I like her pictures of randomness.

Headless Abba is a frequent subject.

With Lior and Aviva, waiting for the Saturday storm.

And I thought this one was pretty good! Great aim!
